The business partners are selected based on set criteria and are given training on the solutions that they are interested to tie up with. The training is divided in two, Sales Force Training and Technical training. These training programs enables the business partners to handle the sales and Tier-1 technical support, thus enabling the faster market reach and resolutions to customer queries/problems.
Ranal Software Technologies provides the partners with assistance in prospecting, product positioning and supply with the relevant marketing materials, brochures, presentations. In addition to these Ranal Software Technologies also help in conducting road shows and other product awareness programs.
